1. All items purchased from eGoods Supply Inc. are accompanied by a 30-day warranty, commencing on the date of receipt.

2. Prior to returning any items, please contact us to secure an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. It is essential that the returned package arrives within 15 days from the issuance of the RMA number.

3.  In the event of a non-defective product return, a 15% restocking fee shall be imposed, with the buyer responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

4.  International buyers shall bear the responsibility for return shipping expenses.
